1)» Minimum age for registration at Harold College is 18 years. » The amount of fees mentioned in the College Documents and on our Website do not include the exclude the Awarding Body registration and Examination fee, which are not subject to refund. » No student will be admitted to any program unless they meet the recruitment criteria, that is, have any relevant qualifications enabling them to enter the proposed program. » Harold College reserves the right to grant or refuse admissions to any candidate for any reason deemed suitable. » The college reserves the right, at any time, to introduce any necessary changes into the admission requirements, such as fees, tuition charges, policies, regulations and academic programmes prior to the start date of any programme. » The college reserves the right to cancel any courses should the minimum enrolment figures not be met. » Fees must be paid in full prior to commencing the studies unless an instalment programme has been agreed and half fees must be deposited in order to obtain any kind of letter. A registration of £150 is a non-refundable amount, unless Harold College is able to service the programme. » In the event of the student being dismissed by the college, fees are not subject to refund. » The Harold College reserves the right to place a student onto a programme commencing at a later date, due to the late arrival of the student. » The tuition fees are not refundable. However, if a student is refused a visa to enter the UK, the fees paid will be refunded, with the sum of £150 deducted from the paid amount to cover the administrative charges, providing that the following conditions are met: · The student has not entered the UK. · The student decides to withdraw from the HC. · The student visa refused on the basis of fake documents. · The student provides Harold College with original Refusal Letter issued by the British embassy/High Commission. · If the student has lodged an appeal, the fees will be refunded once the college receives documentary evidence of the appeal dismissed. · The original letter of acceptance and other letters issued by Harold College must be returned to Harold College. » A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory. Candidates failing to achieve the minimum stated willl be expelled from the course and the Home Office will be notified. No fees will be refunded if the candidate is expelled by the College. » Any candidate who has not reported to the college on the date of the commencement of the course will be expelled from the course. » The candidate must request a leave/holiday by submitting a written request form at least one week in advance of the required leave date. » Overseas students on a student visa are required to attend a minimum of 21 hours per week day time study. » The College will not facilitate any student who does not abide by immigration rules.
